Production Time

Most of our items are Custom made especially for you, please allow us 1 -2 weeks to create your jewelry.

 

Shipping time does not include the time required to prepare your order.

Once your jewelry is ready, it will be shipped via the following methods: These days please see above COVID-19 update.

    Payment Methods

    We accept PayPal at the moment, for the safety and security purpose.
    You don't need to have an account with PayPal in order to use credit cards, click the PayPal button when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card. 

    Returns

    If you are unhappy with your purchase, please Contact us within 7 days after receiving your item. we will give you return instructions and shipping address.

    Unless stated otherwise, Most of our items are made to order.

    We will accept returns on ready to ship items which were not resized (see below for exceptions). Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, all sales are final. Since our designs are crafted by hand, all returns are not fully refundable - you'll be charged with a 20% handling fee.

    Please contact us prior to sending your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you ensure your package - we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. 

    We will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions. 

    We will not accept returns on:

    • Customized items.
    • Resized ready to ship items.
    • Earrings - Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    • Items bought on sale.

    To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
    We will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions. 

    Exchanges

    We do not accept exchanges for any piece. 

     Warranty

    1. We guarantee the quality of our work, and will always repair work free of charge, where the damage was incurred through a fault in our workmanship, Our warranty applies to manufacture issues, not normal wear and tear.
    2. We give one year warranty on our jewelry.
    3. Please note that repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than us will void your Manufacturer Warranty.

    4. After the expiration of the warranty period, we can still repair the item as needed. Repair fees will vary, so please contact us for details.

    5. There is no warranty for breakage/damage/loss for diamonds, gemstones. If you want your center stone or jewelry covered against theft, loss, damage, or more - You can insure your jewelry through your home owner's Insurance.

    6. Please note that repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than us will void your Manufacturer Warranty.

    7. Always contact us right away if your Anvehu Jewelry becomes damaged.

    8. The buyer is responsible for shipping to and from our studio, including customs fees for international clients. Many countries do not require clients to pay VAT charges twice on the same piece of jewelry, but it is the client's responsibility to inquire with their customs office about this and to pay any required fees.
